My name is Akin, and I have over 9 years direct experience interviewing candidates to fill positions. After interviewing more than 180 applicants during this period, I see a need to help coach applicants for their job interviews. I have encountered applicants whose resumes are great, yet they do not seem to have the capacity to showcase their rich skills, experience and abilities.

For an applicant to have been selected for an interview, the employer has seen something worth exploring. Success during an interview depends on how an applicant can convince the employer they have the skills and abilities required for the job.

How do you convey your skills and abilities successfully? That is why I would like to use my experience to assist. Having seen candidates with great potential and not successful in interviews, I want to help.
